After accidentally finding that Kish Rain Gage on the PRY12 gage, it kind of makes me wonder, is there’s a water temp gage on it also? I’m finding out. 😁
Is that the Perryville gauge? I only see stage and discharge on the USGS site. I’d like to see more records of water temperature in general. It’s very easy and pretty affordable to collect continuously.
Yes, PRY12 Near Perryville. What I did was… using the map, I selected the Fairdale balloon. Using the map from the Fairdale gage, I selected the PRY12 gage again. A window pops up and say rain gage at PRY12. I didn’t notice it the first time. I was like “ What the?” That is the only way I know how to access it. If any of that made any sense? Ha! It’ll be interesting to see what other info may be hidden.
In the March 3rd meeting they will be discussing River Gages and how people use them. Pretty sure I’ll have some good info to contribute to the talk. I would like to see some change in the color coding used by the USGS and others.
