I got this sling pack a couple years ago and absolutely love it. This thing was, and is, a game change for me. I’ve had many vests and packs throughout the years and I find the sling pack to be the best of them all. Comfort is the biggest thing. This thing rides high up on my back and is pretty much unnoticeable. I can spend 6+ hours out wading the Kish so comfort is the most important to me. The SIMMS sling pack is loaded with more pockets and storage than I even need. The only problem I had with it is while out on the water and using it, it kind of collapses in on itself and I find myself rooting blindly through it searching for what I need. I decided to tackle that problem. I took a plastic Plano spinner bait divider from a big old tackle box I use for storage. I drilled 3 quarter inch holes on one end and used some leather cord and a really big needle to stitch it into the inner meshed backside (body side) of the sling pack. I only did the one side so I can still collapse it if I choose. When in use I just fold it across and my little tackle boxes will pretty much lock it in place. No more rooting around. Should be able to keep things organized while out on the river. And if you believe that then I got a bridge for you to look at.

Quick Review: Love the divider! Works great!! Keeps all my gear nice and organized, and keeps the bag wide opened for easy viewing. One of the best ideas I’ve come up with, aside from wearing rain pants over my wet pants when getting in the car. Bring it!
