The hunt is on!

Last few times out have been pretty rough in finding any kind of good quality size smallmouth.

I decided to head over to Boone County in search of a big smallmouth. I'm not going to lie, finding a bite took quite awhile. Tossed everything I had but could not find anything that would entice any kind of action. I did land a nice 17+ inch smallmouth on a dead drifted popper along a current seem. Nice fighting fish.
