Report: Hard Fishin'

Hit the creek for about 2 1/2 hours before work today. The water level is dropping and there is still a pretty good stain but the water is clearing. It should be running pretty clear by the weekend, that is if we don't get any more rain. The bite was pretty much zipppo. I had a few hits here and there and was really disappointed to find no action. Luck did shine on me about 15 minutes before I got out with a nice 15 incher that put up a good fight. Glad I didn't get a skunk. Kind of thinking the below average overnight temps are keeping the bite at bay. It should pick-up soon. I hope.
