Not Sure Why It Is....

Had an ISA outing on Saturday, and I'm not sure why it is, but everytime I host an ISA outing I pretty much get skunked. Everyone else gets onto fish, but for some reason I can't. During the outing we brokes into 2 groups, and I am happy to announce that my buddy, Jim S. (in the other group) landed a personal best on the fly. A chunky 17 incher. Congrats to Jim!!!!

Being dissatisfied with my performance on Saturday, I tossed Brandy up on top of the car and we headed for the south branch. It was a good day, and just to keep things short, I landed 9 smallmouth, 8 of which were on the top, and 1 on a tube. All fish put up great fights and I drove home a happy man. Largest fish went 14.5" Smallmouth were very active on top.
