Got out with Brandy for a few hours on the Kish south branch.
We set sail at 11:45am right as the clouds were breaking up. Pop a 13inch smallie right off the bat with a popper. Worked our way up-stream wading most of the way with Brandy attached with a strap to my waist.
Switched back and forth from a popper to a tube and picked up a total of 11 smallmouth most of which came off the top.
Tried a buzz bait for a while but could not find any takers.
top fish went 1@ 17.5", 1@ 16.5", 2@ 16", 1@ 15.5", 2@ 15", 1@ 14" and then the rest smaller.
For some reason my FUJI XP took a crap on me but it was a good day to be out regardless.
9/13/16 - Hit it before work on the north branch and picked up two (2) little dink smallies. One on top and one with a tube.
