Windy Day on the South

Took Brandy out for a ride on the south branch. Our original plan was to do the lower Kish, but with wind gusts topping 25 mph+, I felt it best that we stick to smaller (less work) water. The bite was tough and the floating leaves made topwater casting even tougher. I had to remove a leaf or two with just about ever cast. I tried a tube for a while but could not find any action.
Pick 3 smallmouth and 1 largemouth (yes again) off the top. All fish were under
11 inches.
