Hit the Kish for a much needed nice long wet wade. The plan was to try and wade from the confluence of the two branches up to and beyond Espenscheid F.P. There was one area that was too deep to wade through so I had to hit land and take the trail around it. Water clarity is nice and clear and the water level is just about perfect. I pretty much stuck to a Whopper-Plopper for the entire day. There was a short period I tried the Ned Rig with no luck. Picked up 5 smallmouth with the two largest taping at 18” and 17.5 inches.
